Welcome to the 21st annual Canada Dry Victoria Dragon Boat Festival, one of Victoria’s most spectacular summer festivals.

Featuring exciting dragon boat races and up to 90 teams, entertainment on two stages, exotic tastes in the Forbidden City Food Court, activities for kids and families, and more, the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival is one of the must-see events on Victoria’s busy summer Festival calendar.

This 3-day event, includes 2 days of racing in the most beautiful harbour city in Canada.  Mixed and women’s teams each race 4 times over 2 days, and challenge races for Breast Cancer Survivors, Grand Dragons, Open throw-together teams and Corporate groups round out this weekend long event.  Join the paddlers pledge in support of the BC Cancer foundation, or help us support cancer research In other ways:  by purchasing a lantern as part of our Lights of Courage Campaign or a a carnation during our Carnation Ceremony.  Don’t miss out on Denny’s Paddler Breakfast or the paddler-favourite Air Band Competition for those looking to compete both on and off the water.
